Havran Bryndza is made up from Orava and Liptov sheep cheese and cow cheese from Záhorie. So Bryndza is a combination of unique regions in Slovakia.

If you do not like strong flavor of sheep cheese, you can try product from bryndza called Julča with reduced fat sheep cheese.
