We offer smoked form of steamed cheese to its lovers. Steamed cheeses are smoked by technology of controlled combustion of beech woodchips according to EN ISO 9001:2009, HACCP (= Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points management) and the requirements of the food supervision authorities.
